Leaders;

For people to be a leader you don't have to be great but, you have to show encouragement. In a leader i look for someone who has been there done that. I have great leaders in my life who have been through hardships and has overcome them. They show me things in life that they have been through, showing me that you can take the easy way out but you get so little in the end. Telling me to choose the hard road, you work hard to get what you want and, in the end it works out the way you want it.
