never again

So today at work there was a flood in the back. As you know I work in a ice cream shop. I’m the night shift manager and there is only another employee I work with. Sometimes we get really busy and forget what we were doing. Well one night I was running mop water in the bucket and forgot all about it when I had an order. Came back a couple minutes later and there was about an inch of water all over the back of the restaurant. It took both of us to clean it all up. That night we learn to turn things off and not to forget because than your going to pull a “jasmine” if you don’t.
